Our goal is to enlighten you as to the condition of the property by identifying material defects that would significantly affect the property and therefore your decisions concerning it. We encourage our clients to be at the property for a walk through once the inspection is completed. This will be the most efficient use of your time, and give you  the best information. Some clients perfer to accompany the inspector throughout the inspection process which is also encouraged but may add additional time to the inspection. The normal inspection time for a complete home inrspection is usually between 3-4 hours.
